We has developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 2001:2015 in order to document the organization’s best business practices and describe the fundamental concepts and principles which are complementary to be requirements of the products and services. The QMS employs the process approach, which incorporates the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking.
The QMS ISO 9001:2015 demonstrates its ability to consistently provide product and services that meets customer and applicable legal requirements. Also, it aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable legal requirements.
